Xperia Z is "soon to be released" to the Aussies, according to the Facebook page of Sony Australia. The social network admin notably avoided a direct mention of the price this time around. But a month ago, the same page announced a clear price tag.
"Pricing is still to be confirmed," reads the response of Sony AU to price questions raised by the page followers. Previously, the page admin said the Xperia Z price tag will show AU$749 direct from Sony Centers.

Xperia Z is already tough to beat with its waterproof and dustproof features. Under the hood, one could enjoy quality-driven system with 1.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro and 2 GB RAM memory. It runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out of the box. With the Sony smartphone Stamina Mode, the batter life is expected to be maximized, too.

A gallery of Xperia Z photos were posted to Facebook Monday, sparking renewed anticipation for the 5-inch waterproof and dustproof NFC-enabled smartphone.
"Why are you releasing this when I just bought an iPhone," comments user Jared Waters.
Early reports suggested a March 1 release date for the Xperia Z in Australia. In less than a month, this celebrated smartphone from Sony will be reviewed by actual users. Meantime, tech bloggers and gadget analysts talk about the Xperia Z specs and how it fares against other popular smartphones, such as the Google Nexus 4 (manufactured by LG).
