Tracy Morgan's fake death news has boiled over into pain and anger as fans took Twitter to express their discontentment.
Morgan had a tragic accident before the death hoax news went viral. It was reported that Morgan succumbed to the accident injuries.
"Tracy Morgan had died three days after being involved in a violent car accident on the New Jersey Turnpike," one of the death hoax read, as reported by Hollywoodlife.
Many of the fans believed the news of Morgan's death and tweeted the following:
After Morgan's accident, his rep had released an official statement suggesting he is in critical condition.
"While Tracy remains in critical condition, he has been more responsive today, which is an incredibly encouraging sign. He sustained a number of injuries including a broken leg, a broken femur, a broken nose and several broken ribs. He had surgery earlier today on his leg. We expect him to remain in the hospital for several weeks. His family is tremendously overwhelmed and appreciative of the outpouring of love and support from his fans," the official statement said.
Throwing further light on Tracy's condition, the rep also suggested there has been no change in the comedian's health condition as he remains critical but stable.
Morgan met with an accident on the New Jersey Turnpike when a tractor-trailer crashed in his limo bus. The fellow passenger and comedian Jimmy Mack passed away in the accident.
