To start off the countdown of Swift's magical moments in the Hollywood business is her first animated film "The Lorax." Swift starred alongside Zac Efron in a hilarious but touching take on saving the last tree on earth.

Who could forget Justin Bieber's time on the MTV show, "Punk'd?" Taylor Swift was unluckily one of Bieber's receivers of the pranks. In an interview with Ellen, Swift admitted she was close to tears. However, for most of Swift's fans, that episode was one of the most hilarious moments in Taylor Swift's on screen moments - next to being pranked by Ellen DeGeneres, of course.

"The Hunger Games" official movie soundtrack would have not been a success without Taylor Swift's collaboration with The Civil Wars. Fans of the novels had nothing but great things to say about Swift's music video of which created a hunger for the film release even more.

Another highlight of Swift's 2012 is her fourth album release, "Red" of which has already sold over a billion copies worldwide. All thanks to that Swift had been included in the list of "Forbes Highest Paid Musicians of 2012." All thanks to "Red", Swift's single "Never Ever Get Back Together" also managed to hit the number 1 spot on the Billboard just days after its release.

2012 was not only a great year for Swift in terms of music and movies because the 23-year old managed to grace the covers of highly-esteemed fashion magazines. These covers include Marie Claire, Rolling Stone, Elle, Glamour, Vogue and Harpers Bazaar.

Unlike the past year, Swift might have been lucky in love this 2012. The country crooner's love life is of course another highlight on the list. Swift was first seen with Patrick Schwarzenegger before being linked to his cousin, Conor Kennedy. Of course, as of late, Swift is happy and head over heels in love with the one and only Harry Styles of One Direction.

Swift's performances and awards are also another iconic part of the list of which include the amazing performance at the American Music Awards. Swift was also one of the winners at the Teen Choice Awards. The singer's other performances include that of the Video Music Awards, the European Music Awards and the recent Jingle Ball.
