Suspecting witches, the two will go undercover at a fancy day spa that all of the victims had attended for weight loss."

The synopsis further teased that Sam will get hired as the fitness instructor while Dean gets assigned in the kitchen which sounded like paradise to the older Winchester brother since he loves to eat. However, Dean passes out after taking in some tainted food making them realize that there is someone or something responsible in drugging the guests and then literally suck all of the fat out of the victims until they die.
