Turkey's courts have blocked access to Twitter a little over a week before elections as Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan battles a corruption scandal that has seen social media awash with alleged evidence of government wrongdoing. The ban came hours after a defiant Erdogan, on the campaign trail ahead of key March 30 local elections, vowed to "wipe out" Twitter and said he did not care what the international community had to say about it. Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE uses can now update to Android 4.4.4 KitKat through the official CyanogenMod 11 M9 Snapshot custom ROM. More importantly, Galaxy S4 users can also choose to install the Android 4.4.4 firmware through the ACIP download.

As the name implies, the CM11 M9 ROM came from the CM team. It is based on the Android 4.4.4 KitKat stock firmware offering a range of CyanogenMod features. According to Android Geeks, the update promises an enhanced KitKat experience eliminating the bloatware from the TouchWiz interface.

Prior to installation, users should be reminded of the following:

-The device should be rooted and installed with TWRP or CWM Recovery.

-Users should satisfy two extra steps to prepare their units for ROM installation: Factory Reseat and NANDROID Backup.

-Device should have at least 50% battery charge.
