"NCIS" Season 11, Episode 19 is this week's new episode, airing Tuesday (Apr. 1) on CBS. In this second part of the "NCIS New Orleans" special titled "Crescent City Part 2," Leroy Gibbs (Mark Harmon) continues to help his old friend Dwayne Pride (Scott Bakula) find the Privileged Killer's copycat.

Lucas Black, Zoe McLellan, and CCH Pounder are also expected to show up again in NCIS Season 11. Bakula and McLellan have been well-received by NCIS fans, based on Twitter feedbacks. Others want more screen time for CCH Pounder, while some others have yet to warm up to Black.

NCIS showrunner Gary Glasberg has expressed his optimism over NCIS New Orleans. In this NOLA report, Glasberg shares his formula for the potential spin-off: "Have the funny, have the light, and also mix it with the drama. That, at the end of the day, is all I can do."

Overall, CBS is widely expected to give the green light to NCIS New Orleans. This second part of the backdoor pilot could cement the official "go." Watch a sneak peek video on this YouTube page or scroll down to play a clip from NCIS Season 11, Episode 19.

As for the NCIS regulars, reports say Ellie Bishop (Emily Wickersham) has a special souvenir for Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly). NCIS Season 11 clearly has no replacement for Ziva David (Cote de Pablo). But Bishop has been a good addition to Gibbs' team.

After this week's new episode, things are expected to heat up in NCIS Season 11 as the finale schedule moves closer. Glasberg has announced a tribute to Jackson Gibbs and the late Ralph Waite is coming up in this year's finale.
