A whole new Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence will be seen in their new movie together. The movie is an adaptation of Ron Rash's bestselling novel, "Serena." The novel is based on a couple who make itall the way to the mountains to live and build their own life together.
Bradley Cooper's character in the movie portrays a man with an illegitimate son in whom he takes care of and loves. Jennifer Lawrence who plays Cooper's wife in the movie, Serena, wants to have children of her own. They build their own village and soon become the ruthless leaders of the place. When Lawrence discovers that she cannot bear children with Bradley Cooper, things take a turn for the worse. Lawrence tries to bribe Cooper into killing his own son but soon discovers that he has been helping them and she starts to think that maybe he still has feelings for the woman in which he has a son with.
The movie is a great means for both Lawrence and Cooper to showcase their talents and how they would be able to bring to life the characters in the book. The movie adaptation was finished way before the movie that won Jennifer Lawrence her first ever Oscar, "The Silver Linings Playbook." Would this movie be the movie adaptation that would win Bradley Cooper his own Oscar? We all hope so as we certainly don't want him to become like Leonardo DiCaprio, which many fans hope would win an Oscar for his major role in "The Wolf of Wall Street."
The movie adaptation will be released this year and it would be a great movie to see Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper together. They already have filmed a couple of movies together namely "The Silver Linings Playbook" and "American Hustle," where they star alongside Amy Adams and Christian Bale.
Meanwhile, the "Hunger Games" star is definitely no stranger in the awards department after having won, recently, another title to her belt namely Best Supporting Actress for the Golden Globes Award. She lost to Lupita Nyong-o of "12 Years a Slave" during the Screen Guild Actors Awards for her supposedly third award in acting.
