Mimi Faust and Nikko Smith's sex tape scandal is going to be the highlight of "Love and Hip Hop Atlanta" Season 3. New sneak peeks released by VH1 showcase that both Mimi and Nikko were unaware of the leak.
Mimi Faust is taking the stand and claiming that the sex tape was leaked and they did not distribute it. She is upset when Nikko tells her that their shower rod acts behind closed doors has been out and the world is watching it.
Nikko claims that his baggage was flicked after their holiday to the Bahamas. His camera containing their racy video tape was inside the luggage.
"What I didn't tell you is that my camera was in the bag," says Nikko.
"OK... and what?" replies Mimi.
Nikko reveals that everything in the camera has been exposed. Mimi's boyfriend then shows her the proof that MediaTakeout reported about the leaked sex tape.

Also, VH1 unveiled details about other storylines apart from Mimi and Nikko's sex tape that fans will see in "Love and Hip Hop Atlanta" Season 3.

In another video by VH1, Mimi is shown talking to Erica Dixon and Ariane Davis about her relationship with Nikko. Ariane is surprised as well as upset about Mimi going back with Nikko after their breakup in "Love and Hip Hop Atlanta" Season 2.
Mimi tells Erica and Ariane that things are fine between her and Nikko and then reveals that their sex life is quite exciting.
"Nikko is not trustworthy. I wouldn't trust Nikko with a spare key to my house, let alone a sex tape? Come on, son," says Ariane.
Also, Mimi mentions that VH1 did not involve the sex tape for ratings. The reason why the network included this angle is because the footage was leaked.
