Lorde has rescheduled her Australian tour after postponing her shows due to illness. The Kiwi songstress will be Down Under in July to make up for the cancelled shows in April.

The 17-year-old Grammy Award winner was forced to cancel her shows after listening to her parents. She explained that she has acquired a “nasty chest infection” before the beginning of her Aussie tour in April, prompting her parents to step in and order her to slow down.

On Sunday, Ella Yelich-O’Connor, Lorde’s real name, announced that the dates have been rescheduled, with the first one commencing on July 5 in Perth.

“AT LONG LAST – Australian tour dates,” she tweeted, posting a picture of the text.

She also addressed one of her Twitter followers asking for the sale dates of the tickets, saying she will be posting the information as soon as she has it.

Lorde’s Australian tour dates:

July 5, Challenge Stadium (Perth) July 11 & 12, The Hordern Pavilion (Sydney) July 15 & 15, Festival Hall (Melbourne) July 19, Entertainment Centre (Newcastle) July 20, Riverstage (Brisbane)

Lorde recently won two trophies at the Billboard Music Awards. She took home the Top New Artist and Top Rock Song for “Royals” after being nominated in 12 categories.

She also premiered her new track, “Tennis Court,” on the Billboard stage.
