The leaked images of Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 are now out [see HERE]. Evan Nelson Blass, an American writer known as @evleaks, has leaked the very first images of the much awaited smartphone.
The leaked images appeared in an interesting time when HTC One M8 has hit the market and iPhone 6 is striking all the right chords to create a strong hype about its release.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, which is a 7-inch fourth-generation tablet from Samsung, has quite similar look similar to its predecessors Samsung Galaxy Note 3. It also has Samsung's classic three-button configuration below the display. According to rumors, Samsung may give a faux-leather back to Galaxy Tab 4 7.0. It did the same for Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 and Galaxy Tab Pro 12.1.
@evleaks used to be an anonymous writer who leaked images and data on Twitter. But he came in to prominence after he leaked images of HTC One, HTC One Mini, Motorola DROID Ultra and Nokia Lumia 520/720/820/920. He also revealed the leaked images of Windows Phone 8 which used to be known as Apollo during those days. @evleaks has leaked more than 200 images of significant mobile devices since 2011.
Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is reported to flaunt WXGA resolution which will not have 1080p full HD. It will have a maximum 1280 x 800 resolution along with 1.2 GHz quad-core CPU.
Samsung has not revealed the architecture it will use. According to rumors, there will be an 8 GB internal storage and 1 GB RAM. It will run on Android 4.4 KitKat. But the camera will not be something extraordinary as it will only have a 3 MP camera.
The leaked images showed a striking similarity between Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 and Galaxy S5. The black variant seemed to have one earpiece while the white render does not. According to speculations, there could be a 10-inch version of Galaxy Tab 4 7.0.
