Lamar Odom's mistakes have pushed Khloe Kardashian away, but he still wants to win her back and he has a "well-thought-out plan" to tempt the reality TV star back into his arms.
A source told Hollywood Life that Lamar is using his would-be comeback in the National Basketball Association (NBA) to get his ex-wife back. The 34-year-old baller is reportedly training and getting back in shape for the NBA, but he is also planning on asking Khloe to reach into their past and think of the reasons why they fell in love to get a "second chance at love."
"He wants her but before he can really come correct and approach her to move forward in their marriage, which he plans to, he wants to wait and make the squad and show her he's ready to commit to her and to basketball," revealed the source. Lamar is aware that he doesn't have all the time in the world so he is keen not to waste any precious moments. "He's taking steps very seriously because he knows time for both Khloe and basketball are running out and he's desperately trying to beat the clocks."
The source has unquestionably put in plain words that Lamar is still in love with Khloe, but the reality TV star doesn't quite feel the same.
Khloe is just enthralled and head-over-heels with her boyfriend French Montana. During her 30th birthday party, she was seen getting all touchy with French, indifferent of the people around, kissing and hugging him. Khloe is "ecstatic" of French's generosity. The Moroccan-born rapper not only put up a posh birthday party but also showered her lavish gifts such as a car worth $49,000 and an 18-carat gold ring worth $25,000.
"They just can't get enough of each other," another source said.
