The bastard of Winterfell is slowly gaining followers with his insider's information about the Wildlings plan.
While the rest of the crow are practicing, the Acting Lord Commander of Castle Black Alliser Thorne is trying to get in the good side of Jon for the upcoming "choosing." The new episode also features Jon embarking on a new mission which could be his chance to prove that he can lead The Wall and will give him valuable points to be considered as Lord Commander.
