Producers of "Fifty Shades of Grey" still have one chance to get casting right. The part of Kate Kavanagh and Elliot Grey are yet to be handed out to Hollywood celebrities. Of course, fans are hoping the roles go to people most deserving of them particularly Blake Lively and Chris Hemsworth.

Charlie Hunnam and Dakota Johnson had officially nabbed the lead role of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele respectively. However if E.L. James had been delighted about her choices, her fans were the least bit pleased. In fact, an online petition had sparked a day after the cast announcement was made.

Readers of E.L. James erotica novel demanded that fan favourites Matt Bomer and Alexis Bledel be cast as Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele instead. Obviously, this is unlikely to happen because James and the production studio remain rooted in their decisions as do any other production studio working on a film adaptation.

Still, Universal Studios and Focus Features have one more chance to get casting right. There is one other power couple waiting to be cast namely that of Elliot Grey and Kate Kavanagh. The older and more likeable Grey sibling, Elliot, is yet to be handed out and the same goes for his onscreen partner, Kate Kavanagh.

Fans of the novels already have their favourites for the part namely Blake Lively of "Gossip Girl" and Chris Hemsworth of "Thor." Lively is every bit of Kate Kavanagh's description in the books. On the other hand, Chris Hemsworth has long been rumoured for the part of Elliot despite looking a bit too old for the part.

Are these two the ideal stars for the part of Elliot and Kate? Check out the slideshow to see more photos of Blake Lively and Chris Hemsworth.
