John will question his wife Molly's mental state, especially about her pregnancy. He is starting to doubt whether or not it is real or just made-up by Molly. Meanwhile, Julie Gelineau (Grace Gummer) and John will talk about what is best for Ethan (Pierce Gagnon), and they won't meet eye to eye on what needs to be done for his wellbeing.
