Cristiano Ronaldo has appeared in a bizarre advertisement on Japanese TV. Is the popular Real Madrid striker a great ambassador to get people to buy products?

Following his country's early exit in the 2014 FIFA World Cup, Ronaldo flew to Japan to attend to a few engagements. One of which was to promote health and wellness products. He has appeared in a number of Japanese TV shows promoting a tool that promote "facial fitness." Now, a new commercial featuring Ronaldo has been making rounds not only on Japanese TV but also online.

The video was uploaded on YouTube which has more than 950,000 views as of this writing.

The facial fitness product is put between the teeth and the person using it will have to bounce up and down so that the device will do its wonders. Interestingly, Ronaldo is the only person in the video who didn't attempt to put the facial fitness device in his mouth.

For fans of the Portuguese footballer who want to see him really try the facial fitness product on, watch another video below. Somehow, Ronaldo was forced to put it on in one of his TV appearances promoting the product while in Southeast Asian nation. Skip to 3:37 to see Ronaldo try it on.
