To make certain all employees enjoy their work with IBT, we offer an exciting & wide range of benefits (Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Coverage).
Our plans include medical procedures and prescription drugs and are intended to keep our employees from financial problems should injury or illness occur. Preventive care and the help of wellness programs are key components of all our plans. To help our employees and their families maintain reasonable dental health, our dental plans encourage preventive care, and when care is needed, cover a full range of services. Elective vision insurance includes exams and prescription eyewear.
The Gym Reimbursement benefit offers employees an incentive to realize their health targets by providing reimbursement(s) for gym membership fees. Employees under our group health plan are eligible for a $200 reimbursement and employee's spouse/domestic partner is eligible for a $100 reimbursement after completing at least 50 visits to a gym in a six month period (reimbursement is available every 6 months).
