"Thor" star Chris Hemsworth and his wife Elsa Pataky have decided to just lounge around as they get ready to welcome the arrival of their new twins. Hemsworth has recently talked about the importance of his family over his movie career and how he is ready to focus on his loved ones more than anything else. "I have to slow down and spend some time with my family," he told The Express UK.
That seems to be exactly what he's doing. Hemsworth was recently spotted grabbing lunch to go at Joans on Third in West Hollywood. See their new pictures here. The 29-year-old actor has been spotted indulging some daddy - daughter time as he strolled along with his 21-month-old daughter India Rose on a Malibu beach. Later, the pair took some time to chat as India Rose sat on her father's lap. Hemsworth was also seen enjoying the surf as a heavily pregnant Pataky relaxed on land in a black maternity beach dress. The 37-year-old actress is due to give birth to their twins in Spring.
"Being a father is certainly a task but the best one that I could ever ask for," the Australian soap actor turned Hollywood heartthrob said. Pataky also said in 2014 that India loves being at the beach. "She loves little dogs and all animals. She is almost walking and can say 'mama' and 'papa'," she added. The couple met in early 2010 and got married during the Christmas holiday of the same year.
Hemsworth will star in the 2015 Avengers: Age of Ultron movie with Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr. and Samuel L. Jackson. In a press conference at Wizard World Sacramento, Hemsworth excitedly revealed a few details about the new movie. "Everything in Avengers is ramped up. It kinda blew me away reading it," he exclaimed. "I do not know how Joss does it but everyone has just gone up another notch and the whole thing is bigger and more crazy and insane. Yeah, he is a genius."
Hemsworth confirmed that most of the filming will take place in London for four months. Also starring Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Thomas Kretschmann, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen and James Spader, the Joss Whedon-directed movie is scheduled to hit theaters on May 1, 2015.
