An star was born in the 2014 Wimbledon Championships after Australian Nick Kyrgios defeated World No. 1 Rafael Nadal of Spain in the Round of 16 in four sets, 7-6 (5), 5-7, 7-6 (5), 6-3.

As expected, like in any huge upset in any sport, fans took to Twitter to share their reaction and admiration for the unheralded player who qualified in Wimby via the wildcard.

Before Kyrgios clinched the victory over Nadal, the player ranked 144th in the world would attempt (and make) an uber-confident between-the-legs shot that shocked Nadal (and excited the world):
