Dollar's refuge appeal remains faintly boosted… - Forex

Throughout the U.S session the U.S currency remain on gaining slender momentum against other major currencies as its refuge appeal continues on being boosted within the present currencies market trading as fears returned back to global markets including the black gold market after that worries mounted on the EU soil since Ireland's government is struggling to balance its budget deficit while that Germany's exports dropped more than forecasted within the month of September, all in all boosting concerns regarding the EU recovery from the recession.

In fact, the U.S. Dollar index, which measures the green Benjamin's performance versus six major currencies, remains on inclining faintly to currently trade at 76.93 recording a high of 77.15 and a low 76.38.

As for the euro-dollar pair, it is consolidating on the four-hour chart due to technical movements and of course a strengthened dollar, having the Union currency now trading around 1.3942 recording a high of 1.4084 and a low of 1.3885, knowing that the four-hour and one-hour momentum indicators predicts an incline of the pair. The trading range for today is among the key support at 1.3800 and the key resistance at 1.4050.

Accordingly, the pound-dollar pair is plunging as a result of an ongoing strengthening of the green Benjamin but is forecasted to start climbing to the upside according to the four-hour stochastic oscillator, having the royal pound now trading around 1.6142 recording a high of 1.6211 and a low of 1.6101. The trading range for today is among the key support at 1.6000 and the key resistance at 1.6270.

Now, turning to the dollar-yen pair, it is actually narrow trading on technical movements taking place so far and as mixed signs are being detected at different time scales with the low-yielding yen now trading around 81.17 recording a high of 81.43 and a low of 80.98. The trading range for today is among the key support at 80.00 and the key resistance at 81.80
