Weird Al Yankovic Releases Mission Statement Music Video After Lame Claim to Fame as Part of His 8 Videos in 8 Days Promise [WATCH VIDEOS]

Weird Al Yankovic has just released the "Mission Statement" music video after releasing "Lame Claim to Fame" as part of his 8 videos in 8 days promise for the promotion of his new parody album "Mandatory Fun." Read on to learn more about it.

Yankovic's "Mandatory Fun" album was released on Tuesday, July 15, 2014. The world premiere of the music video for "Mission Statement" which is a style parody of Crosby Stills & Nash, was announced by Weird Al on his official Twitter page on July 21, 2014. Check out his tweet about it below.

"WORLD PREMIERE! New music video #MissionStatement up now!! #8videos8days http://smarturl.it/MSvid  http://smarturl.it/MandatoryFun," tweeted Weird Al.

This completes his promise of releasing 8 videos in 8 days to promote the songs as well as the whole "Mandatory Fun" album. "Mission Statement" was released after "Lame Claim to Fame" which is a style parody of Southern Culture on the Skids. Weird Al also took to Twitter to announce its world premiere on July 20, 2014.

The music videos of the other songs in the album "Mandatory Fun" were released earlier, starting with "Tacky," which was released on July 14, 2014.
