Roper, 35, pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to charges of vehicular manslaughter and assault by auto in connection with a pileup on a New Jersey highway that critically injured comedian Tracy Morgan and killed another comedian.

According to Celebuzz, TMZ bought the video from an anonymous witness to the crash. The video captured the carnage immediately after a Wal-Mart truck crashed into a limo bus Tracy Morgan had hired to take him home from booking. The graphic video shows comedian Ardie Fuqua seriously injured and being dragged from the wreckage. The car crash also left Tracy Morgan in critical condition and another passenger injured. It also killed comedian James McNair.

The petition to remove the video of the crash from TMZ's website started with Ardie Fuqua's daughter, Krizya Fuqua. Nationalpost reported that on June 11, Krizya pleaded with TMZ to remove the video of the crash from their website through her Instagram account.

"I honestly would like to petition for TMZ to remove the video," Krizya wrote on her Instragram account. "They don't understand how hurtful it is to see my father dragged out of the wreckage, along with all the false information on his condition. I understand people want to know and people want to be updated, but enough is enough. This is hurting my heart so bad that this video is posted for all to see," Kriszya continued, asking to be left alone so that her father and everyone else can recover in peace.

"Enough is enough. Please TMZ remove this video," she pleaded.

According to Nationalpost, Krizya also wrote that she wanted help in getting TMZ to remove the video of the crash from their website. Apparently, Krizya's call for help was heard by another comedian, Louis C.K.

Louis C.K. has publicly appealed to TMZ to remove the video of the crash, reports Nationalpost. On June 12, C.K. posted a series of messages on his Twitter account, urging TMZ to take down the video of the crash from their website.

Louis C.K. also noted on Twitter that Krizya Fuqua had also asked TMZ to remove the video of the crash from their website.

Krizya's Instagram plea and Louis C.K.'s twitter posts have also encouraged comedians Judd Apatow and Dax Sheppard to petition for TMZ to remove the video of the crash from their website.

So far TMZ has not responded to the petitions to remove the video of Tracy Morgan's car crash from their website.
