The two Hollywood hunks were last seen at the 2014 Academy Awards night and both of them won big Awards in "Dallas Buyers Club" and "12 Years A Slave." While chilling out with friends and family, Brad Pitt and Matthew McConaughey were spotted chatting up across their balconies in New Orleans' French Quarter on Saturday.

While hanging out with his family and football star Drew Brees, this year's Best Actor winner Matthew McConaughey enjoyed the beer that Brad Pitt tossed across the balcony. Apparently the "Dallas Buyers Club" star was in New Orleans to film a segment for the "Amazing Race" with the football star, according to the Huffington Post. Pitt, on the other hand, caught the actor's attention and chatted for a little bit before he threw a beer for his buddy.

Buzzfeed captured the precious moment between the two award-winning actors as they chatted across their balconies Just like any regular Joe's, Pitt and McConaughey stood on opposite sides of each other as they enjoyed the festive breeze of the city.

Matthew was in Nola to support a charity gala for the Just Keep Livin' Foundation and Brees' Dream Foundation at the House of Blues. Pitt on the other hand also threw his own charity event for the Make It Right Foundation where his fiancée attended wearing a one-shoulder, short black dress.

The "World War Z" actor also joined the band of Bruno Mars during his charity event on Saturday night, May 17. The actor was on the tambourine as the Grammy-award winning singer sang "Get On Up" at the Make It Right Foundation gala. Hosted by Chris Rock and comedian Jim Gaffigan, the charity event was attended by "Gravity" actress Sandra Bullock, Sofia Vergara and King of Leon who also performed during the event.

Following the devastating aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Make It Right Foundation raises money to build affordable and eco-friendly homes in New Orleans. Founded by Pitt in 2007, the organization is currently working not just in New Orleans but also in Newark, New Jersey and Kansas City, Missouri.

Other celebrities who are involved with the foundation include Angelina Jolie, Drew Brees, Ellen DeGeneres, Kanye West, Aziz Ansari, Seal, Oprah and Mike Holmes.
