The OnePlus One features the latest Snapdragon 801 processor quad-core clocked at 2.5GHz, 3GB of RAM, Adreno 330 GPU and 16GB or 64GB of storage choices. The Nexus 5 is no slouch but the gap widens with the Moto X which sports the much older Snapdragon S4Pro dual-core processor clocked at 1.7GHz, Adreno 320 GPU.
