Mimi Faust seems to be the new star in the adult film circuit. Her debut sex tape with boyfriend Nikko Smith titled "Mimi & Nikko: Scandal in Atlanta" is a major hit. The "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star's prop in the racy video has also become the talk of the town. Yes, the famous shower rod. "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kandi Burruss is making fun of the sex tape using the shower rod.

According to Wetpaint, Kandi took to Instagram and poked fun at the shower rod technique used by Mimi Faust in the sex tape.

'RHOA' star posted a picture on her Instagram page and captioned it - "This is what happens when you don't have a @mimifaust pole.... I can't pull up on this!"

It is funny how Kandi met the shower rod. Apparently, she uploaded two videos that clearly explained that she was trying to imitate Mimi's new-age position.

"I was trying to figure out how @Mimifaust was able to pull up on that shower rod.... I think I weigh too much for this! #HumpDayWeds #ItsTimeForKKNtocomeback," wrote Kandi next to the first video.

Kandi was not done and she ended up asking the reality star about the place where they sell the exclusive Mimi Faust shower rods.

TMZ reported that Mimi Faust's sex tape released by Vivid has surpassed Kim Kardashian's tape titled "Kim K Superstar" released by the same entertainment company.

As a matter of fact, "Mimi & Nikko: Scandal in Atlanta" was also leading in the piracy front compared to Kim's tape.

Steve Hirsch, Vivid's boss, sent 1200 notices to various Web sites illegally distributing the raunchy tape.

The Web site stated that in the pre-sale department, Mimi Faust and Nikko Smith's debut sex tape racked in $400,000 for Vivid Entertainment.

What do you think about 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kandi's attempt to recreate the magic with the shower rod?
