Rumours claimed that Google Nexus 6 release date is set at the I/O conference in June. The smartphone will be introduced alongside a new version of the Android OS. However, aside from friendly price tag and pure Android software, Nexus 6 will offer so much more, as rumours say.

Below are the top five reasons why you should anticipate the upcoming Google Nexus 6 release date.

Curved Screen Display

Google Nexus 6 was rumoured to pack a curved body that was first introduced by Samsung and LG in some of their smartphones like Samsung Galaxy Round and LG G Flex, respectively. The handset was also speculated to pack a metal casing, which gives it the edge among Android-based smartphones.

Android 4.5 Lollypop

One of the selling points of Google Nexus 6 is being the first smartphone to run with the new Android OS. This year, it was rumoured that Google will unveil the 4.5 version of the Android OS. The tech giant has not released the details yet of the new mobile software but it will surely come with new features and improvements.

Smarter Features

Latest claims that Google will pack the top-of-the-line specs and features out there. Some rumours stated that the handset will include the new 64-bit Snapdragon processor from Qualcomm as well as a better graphics chipset apt for gaming.

Better Camera

Internal market research indicates that the Nexus 6 will feature a super class 18-20 MP with HDR mode and other stunning graphics. With the backup of Android OS, Google can easily pair high-res camera with an improved camera software that can produce high quality photos ever taken through a smartphone.

Longer Battery Life

Google was able to pack a 9,000 mAh in the Google Nexus 10; chances are, the smartphone will equally pack a massive battery capacity that will put many handsets to shame.
