"Pretty Little Liars" season 5 is kind of special as it is going to have the 100th episode. Executive producer Marlene King is busy penning down the 100th instalment of this iconic show. "Pretty Little Liars" season 5, episode 5 (the 100th) is going to feature a Hanna and Spencer scene and Marlene tweeted about the same. Moreover, the fifth season of "PLL" has a new star, find out who he is.

"I just wrote my first #Hencer scene.  How could it have taken so long? #PLL100," tweeted Marlene King. Norman Buckley set to direct 100th episode, he has also been assigned to direct the season 5 premiere episode.

Wetpaint reported that Caleb (Tyler Blackburn) is set to make a comeback to Rosewood in the 100th episode of "Pretty Little Liars."

Also, Marlene informed The Hollywood Reporter that the new season is set to unravel a big mystery.

"We hope that it's emotionally epic for us. There will be a big reveal: One of our mysteries that we've had for a long time on the show will be revealed in the 100th," said Marlene.

Apparently, Shay Mitchell (Emily) worked with a real eye candy during the shoots of one of the "Pretty Little Liars" season 5 episodes.

"I am working with the cutest actor today... Meet Casey! #PLL," tweeted Shay along with a photo of a dog.

Apart from Casey, "Pretty Little Liars" season 5 introduces a new girl named Sydney Driscoll (Chloe Bridges). She is going to be a new member to join the Rosewood swim team. Sydney becomes friends with Emily. Could it be possible that Casey is Sydney's dog?

Also, "PLL" season 5 is set to introduce the long-lost characters like Noel Kahn (Brant Daugherty) and Lucas Gottesman (Brendan Robinson).
