"Game of Thrones" Season 4 premiere episode airs on HBO this Sunday, April 6. Titled "Two Swords," this season opener is picking up from several plots left hanging in the GOT Season 3 finale, "Mhysa." Viewers should be warned, Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) has a new Daario Naharis.

Spoiler alert: This feature contains minor spoilers on Game of Thrones Season 4, Episode 1, aka Two Swords.

There is a new Daario Naharis in Game of Thrones Season 4. Fans who have not followed the GOT spoilers since the June 2013 finale airing may be surprised to see the new Daario actor. Watch this special promo to find out more of what is to come in GOT 4.

Michieal Huisman ("Treme," "Nashville") replaces Ed Skrein, who portrayed Daario Naharis in the last few episodes of Game of Thrones Season 3. Unconfirmed reports say Skrein is filming a new movie. Conflict in schedule may have prompted the Game of Thrones showrunners to find a new Daario.

Ed Skrein polarised the Game of Thrones fans when his character was introduced in GOT 3. Some fans complained HBO's Daario does not match George R.R. Martin's descriptions. Others, however, argued that showrunners David Benioff and D. B. Weiss are merely making an adaptation and making decisions based on numerous factors.

If you have not seen Game of Thrones Season 3, it is time to watch the episodes on HBO On Demand or HBO GO. Watch the GOT 4 trailers on YouTube or follow this link to check out the show's official page.

Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage), Jon Snow (Kit Harington), Arya (Maisie Williams), and Daenerys Targaryen get special mentions in the HBO-released episode synopsis for the Game of Thrones Season 4 premiere. A guest is arriving at King's Landing. The Castle Black changes before the eyes of Snow. The little warrior Stark finds an old friend. And the "mhysa" is out to free more slaves.

Meanwhile, GOT fans who have read the books can hardly wait to find out how Benioff and Weiss will treat Season 4 in contrast to Martin's original work. For instance, what is next for Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) and Cersei (Lena Headey)? In connection to Jaime, will there be more of Brienne (Gwendoline Christie)?

GOT fans who have yet to recover from the "Red Wedding" are looking forward to another big wedding in Game of Thrones Season 4. King Joffrey (Jack Gleeson) has a lot to pay for. And if the HBO version follows exactly what happens in the book, there will a long moment of rejoice among many viewers. (This is a huge compliment to Gleeson's brilliant work, of course.)

Entertainment Weekly has a helpful map for viewers who need a quick Game of Thrones Season 3 rewind or memory tap.
