Katy Perry goes the spring way. The "Roar" singer coloured her hair slime green this time. E! Online reported that the singer always wanted to go for slime green.
Singer Katy Perry performs at the BRIT Awards, celebrating British pop music, at the O2 Arena in London February 19, 2014.
"I've wanted to go slime green for a long time," said Katy to E! Online at the 35th Anniversary Gala of Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles.
"It's spring time and I think it's time to freshen up my look," added Katy Perry.
However, she also shared her concerns about it. She hoped that her hair doesn't fall because of the new colour.
Meanwhile, Katy Perry looked gorgeous at the 35th Anniversary Gala of MOCA. The singer flashed her legs at the event. Katy also flaunted her well-maintained figure in a short black Versace dress. She teamed her attire with red and black heels and a white clutch. Two draping capes covered her short dress from the front and behind.
Katy completed her look with mascara, black eyeliner, pink blush and red colour lipstick.
Other celebrities at the event were Ryan Seacrest, Pharrell Williams, Isabelle Lucas, Dianna Agron, Jane Fonda, Owen Wilson, Rachel Zoe, Dita Von Teese, Jeremy Scott, Tim Allen, Jack Kilmer, Chloe Sevigny, Patricia Arquette, Gia Coppola and Tracee Ellis Ross.
Katy attended the event a week after breaking up with John Mayer. According to Perez Hilton, John Mayer was cheating on Katy. He was involved with Kelly Monaco of "General Hospital."
"[John and Kelly] hooked up immediately. She was open to the things that John's into, like sexy toys, tying each other up and threesomes. He couldn't get enough. Kelly was still on his mind. He would text her and try and get her to meet him either at his place in L.A. or a hotel out in the Valley," reveal a source to Perez Hilton.
Also, Katy knew about the texts between John and Kelly.
"Katy found texts on his phone. She was devastated and realized he's a sex fiend who isn't capable of telling the truth," added the source.
