"I love to look plastic -- most people hate me for my extreme appearance but it fuels me to get more work done. I think I do have an obsession with plastic surgery, but being over the top and extreme feels normal to me. The look I am going for is a walking blow-up sex doll -- it's about as fake a person as you can be," Katella Dash said.

According to Huffington Post, she started her transformation at age 23 when she had her gender reassignment surgery in Thailand.

Dash underwent several breast augmentations in order to achieve her H cup breast size. However, she is not stopping at H cup as she dreams of getting bigger. Her only problem was whether there will be any surgeon who would be willing to operate on her. Moreover, she spends three hours each day to put on her make-up.

Valeria Lukyanova claimed that she has not gone other surgery aside from her boob job; but many people are sceptical about this. The Ukrainian model was so obsessed with becoming a real-life Barbie doll that she has apparently made it her goal to survive only with light and air. Netizens think that she was starving herself because of her very thin waist.
