- The Annapurna Region

- Mount Everest

Uncountable prayer flag ridden passes and unsurpassable views of snow capped hills make the trek a once in a lifetime experience. The Everest Base Camp gives an unobstructed view of the majestic mountain as it fills the horizon with unending grandeur. Unluckily, Everest's view from the base camp is only partial. To enjoy an interrupted view of the mountain, most trekkers head towards the route through Kala Pattar at 5545m. Throughout this trek, climbers are overwhelmed with views of incredible peaks, Buddhist monasteries, and Sherpa villages. It is crucial to proceed slowly, breathe more frequently and stay hydrated. Allowing for maximum acclimation helps any sudden troubles that initiate because of extreme change in weather.
- Pashupatinath Temple
This ancient temple, the existence of which goes back to 400AD, is known as 'The Temple of Living Beings'. With its astonishing architectural brilliance, the temple is believed to be one of the most sacred Hindu shrines of Lord Shiva in the world. Thousands of pilgrims from different parts of the world visit the Pashupatinath Temple every year to pay homage. The holy Bagmati River runs beside the temple, where ancient traditions of ritual cleansing can be seen. The temple is renowned for its unbelievable pagoda architecture. The temple is regarded as a symbol of faith, religion and culture. It is one of the most popularly frequented places in Nepal by tourists and locals alike.
- The Friendship Highway
The Friendship Highway is an 800km striking route that links Lhasa with the Nepal border. This route begins at Lhasa to go through some famous tourist destinations. The entire highway can be covered within a span of a few days. It is a scenic route with tiny scattered villages, nomad wandering about with sheep, beautiful medieval stone houses, barren mountains and cavernous valleys. Apart from tourists, the highway is frequented by tractors and mule carts. Against the immense natural variations throughout the journey, things seem as if slowed down. The Friendship Highway makes for a classic journey across the Tibetan Plateau. It is best experienced on a tranquil trip and not a rushed one.
