Spoiler alert: This feature contains spoilers on Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 16, titled, "We Gotta Get Out of This Place."

Without dishing any details, Shonda Rhimes tweeted she is "very excited" about the new episodes of Grey's Anatomy Season 10 and her other Shondaland baby, "Scandal." The next Japril drama is probably only one of the reasons why she's excited. Fans will find out soon. Episode 16 airs Thursday on ABC.

Catherine Avery has some legal matters to discuss with the newlyweds in Grey's 10x16. And she is not playing nice. (Watch ABC's promo video on YouTube.) One, Dr Avery feels slighted that her son got married without seeking her blessing. Two, her new daughter-in-law April left a man at the altar hours before marrying Jackson. Will Chief Webber (James Pickens, Jr) have a say on this family matter?

Watch the Grey's Anatomy 10x16 promo video to see Debbie Allen play the role of a monster-in-law. April Kepner can hardly believe what her new mum-in-law wants her to do. Jackson Avery walks out on his mum, leaving Kepner in a hot, burning seat.

Meanwhile, Chief Webber is celebrating his "retirement age" birthday in Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 16. Speaking to TVGuide.com, Pickens, Jr. said Webber gets the feeling that he is being forced to retire. However, the former chief is not ready for that big change.

"Richard is no different than anyone else. He's not happy with it. He still has something to offer," said the actor playing Chief Webber. It is probably not a coincidence that Catherine Avery is in the show in time for Webber's birthday. Something special must be unfolding in Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 16.
