Bangladesh take on Hong Kong in Chittagong in their last Group A qualifier match. The hosts have nearly made it to the Super 10 and another win today will assure their fans and keep their confidence level high for the tournament.

Hong Kong are winless in the tournament so far, and though there were a couple of moments of spark, there was nothing extraordinary to take note of. They would like to change that, and skipper Jamie Atkinson smells the opportunity to cause an upset and create history.

"It is the opportunity for Hong Kong to try and take their biggest scalp," Atkinson said. "It would be the biggest win in Hong Kong's history, probably one of the biggest shocks in World Cups. That's what will be driving the team forward in the hope that we can make history and potentially beat Bangladesh."

Associate member Hong Kong now enjoy ODI status, along with UAE and Papua New Guinea, and look forward to learning more while they play a Test member.

"We've got our ODI status as well now, so we're hoping to get some more exposure against high-level teams," Atkinson stressed. "The only way that we'll get better is if we keep having that exposure, it's our first world T20 and we feel a bit disappointed with how we performed so we want to start again.

"The good thing for us is we've got a massive opportunity to play against a very good cricket side in Bangladesh, who are a Test nation and we've only played four games against Test nations in our history."

Bangladesh, on the other hand, will have no major worries, though they are not going to take any team lightly. They will look to give some game time to some of their batsmen, who have not had the opportunity as the top order finished proceedings comfortably so far. Mashrafe Mortaza and Tamim Iqbal are facing some fitness concerns, and Bangladesh will need the two match-winners in the next round.

Hong Kong will put their best foot forward and try to pose a worthy challenge for Bangladesh.
