Couples in Grey Sloan Memorial hospital are going through difficult phase in the wake of latest non-fraternization policy. "Grey's Anatomy" Season 10 Episode 15 saw some fallouts, complications, confrontations and breakthroughs. Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) are finally trying to make it work. Jo (Camilla Luddington) and Alex (Justin Chambers) must find a way to stick together while they are still under the surveillance of the board, bearing the consequences of the new policy. And Christina (Sandra Oh) must figure if she is happy or sad with Owen's (Kevin McKidd) latest breakup with Emma. "Grey's Anatomy" Season 10 Episode 16 is titled "We Gotta Get Out of This Place," which as noted by Wetpaint is a title based on 1965 classic song by The Animals. The song was ranked as #233 in the Rolling Stone's list of "The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time."

It is the day of Richard's birthday and a day full of exciting medical cases. According to the synopsis, Bailey (Chandra Wilson) offers Richard to scrub in with her on "case of a lifetime."  While, Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) recruits a research assistant to assist her on her "portal vein project," Christina seeks Shane's help to screen few candidates for her latest clinical trial where he comes across a young girl who is expecting and needs his help.  

Also, fans can expect some bangs and blow ups in "Grey's Anatomy" Season 10 Episode 16 "We Gotta Get Out of This Place." Callie is vindictive and she is determined to put up a fight with Derek for leaving her out on the project she has enthusiastically chipped in for. She may even consider taking legal help. Derek's latest venture with President has definitely upset many people including Callie and his wife Meredith.

Furthermore, newly wedded April (Sarah Drew) must face up her husband Jackson's (Jesse Williams) mother Catherine Avery. Catherine Avery comes to Grey Sloan Hospital and their meeting seems to have an agenda. As per a Wetpaint report based on the promo of Season 10 Episode 16, April will be left hurt by the end of their meeting. Jackson's mother Catherine Avery argues with the couple and April infers that she is suggesting that April is after Jackson's money. Catherine Avery wants them to sign "post-nuptials" which angers Jackson and shocks April. Alongside the main cast of Grey's Anatomy, guest starring in episode 16 of season 10 is Nickelodeon star Keke Palmer of "True Jackson, VP" as young expecting mother and "Greek" star Paul James as the Meredith's "research assistant." "We Gotta Get Out of This Place" is directed by Susan Vaill and written by Jeannine Renshaw. It will be followed by episode 17 titled "Do You Know," next week.
