The Sri Lankan leg of the shoot of "Bombay Velvet" has turned into a lover's paradise as Virat Kohli flew in to meet Anushka Sharma, while Katrina Kaif was also present by Ranbir Kapoor's side.

According to reports, Kohli spent some days in the island country, giving company to alleged girlfriend Sharma. The cricketer is said to have stayed close to the actress, who is presently shooting in Tissa, located in south Sri Lanka.

A report by The Times of India states that not just the cricketer but Kapoor's ladylove Kaif also reached Sri Lanka on Wednesday morning.

While both Kapoor and Sharma were busy shooting for Anurag Kashyap's "Bombay Velvet" in the Yala National Park, their partners Kohli and Kaif were present at the scene, resulting in a double date of sorts.

However, Kohli, who had been with Sharma since 9 March, flew back on Thursday morning on the eve of the World T20, which is to begin from 16 March in Bangladesh.

Kaif is also expected to return to the capital for the shoot of "Bang Bang" soon. This is already the actress's second visit to Sri Lanka this month. The "Dhoom 3" star had earlier taken a break from her "Bang Bang" shoot in New Delhi earlier this month, to spend around three days with the "Besharam" actor.

And as for the cricketer-actress pair Kohli and Sharma, the "Band Baja Barat" actress was snapped walking hand-in-hand with Kohli in New Zealand earlier this year. Sharma was even spotted enjoying the Auckland Test match between the India and New Zealand.
