The tragic death of Madhubala (Drashti Dhami) and Rishab Kundra (Vivian Dsena), was until now considered the work of Harshvardhan (Arbaaz Ali Khan). However, latest update on the show says that the bombing that killed the couple, was not plotted by him but his wife, Pam (Deepshika Nagpal).

Harshvardhan became a suspect after he declared that RK was the cause of his downfall and that he would ruin him. But viewers will soon discover that the actual culprit behind the bombing was Pam, who assumed she would consequently inherit her husband's property BollywoodLife reported.

It has also been reported that Harshvardhan would have changed his property will by declaring his son Abhay Kapoor (Gunjan Utreja) as his sole successor. But, he also has to marry before the age of 38, failing which the property goes to his wife, Pam.

"Madhubala EK Ishq Ek Junoon", one of the popular shows on Colors TV took a 20-year leap recently following a drop in the show's ratings. The makers of the show decided to kill the lead characters to start a fresh story.

The male lead Dsena was dropped from the show, but they decided to retain "Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 6" winner, Dhami, who now plays the geeky daughter of RK and Madhubala, She is currently oblivious of her film star parents and is working for Abhay currently on the show.
