Micromax’s Canvas Blaze HD and Canvas Duet II Prices Revealed in India; Specs, Availability Details

Indigenous smartphone maker Micromax Mobiles expanded its Canvas portfolio in India with the launch of two new smartphones- the Canvas Blaze HD and Canvas Duet II. Both the smartphones have been listed on the company's official website with the price tag of ₹16,000.

However, as per the listing on the website, Micromax Canvas Blaze HD EG116 is currently out of stock. The second smartphone Canvas Duet II is available in the country for purchase and the phone will be dispatched in 7-10 business days.

Micromax Canvas Blaze HD EG116

Micromax Canvas Blaze HD is the successor to Micromax's Canvas Blaze smartphone, which was launched in December 2013. Micromax Canvas Blaze HD EG116 sports 5-inch IPS display with a 720x1280 pixels resolution, and runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS. It is powered by 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor paired with 1GB of RAM and supports dual SIM functionality and packs 4GB of inbuilt storage, which can be further expanded by upto 32 GB with microSD card.

The Canvas Blaze comes equipped with 8-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It is loaded with 2000 mAh battery, which claims to deliver upto 150 hours of standby time and upto 5 hours of talktime. Connectivity options of the smartphone include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and USB.

The smartphone is available at Snapdeal at ₹15999.

Micromax Canvas Duet II EG111

Micromax Canvas Duet II EG111 features a 5.3-inch HD display with a 720x1280 pixels resolution and is powered by 1.2GHz dual-core MediaTek (MTK 6572M) processor. The smartphone runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS.

Inside, the handset packs 1GB of RAM and comes with 4GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded up to 32GB with the help of a microSD card. On the connectivity front, Canvas Duet II supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPRS, EDGE, GPS and EVDO REV A and is backed by 2300mAh battery that claims 180 hours of standby time and up to 6 hours of talk time.

Other features of the phone include 8-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash, 2-megapixel front-facing camera, P/L sensor and G-sensor. The phone is available at Flipkart with a price tag of ₹15,790.
