Sony Music India is holding the audio rights of the album. The audio launch of "Maan Karate" is all set to take place on 1 March at Sathyam Cinemas in Chennai. The event is expected to be a grand affair with the presence of the film's cast and crew.

Directed by Thirukumaran (a former associate of AR Murugadoss), "Maan Karate", deemed as a sports film, will have Sivakarthikeyan and Hansika in the lead roles. The film's other cast members include Sindhu Tolani, comedian Satish, Soori and Vamsi Krishna.

The film's story was written by Murugadoss, and the director, along with Madhan of Escape Artists Motion Pictures, is producing it as well.

Expectations are high on the film, thanks to the presence of Sivakarthikeyan, who is riding high with back-to-back successful films. The first look posters of "Maan Karate" had revealed that the TV host-turned-actor will be sporting stylish looks.

The teaser of the Siva starrer, which was released on the eve of Valentine's Day, has rocked the internet. The video, posted on YouTube, has received more than 7 lakh hits in about 12 days. The music is also expected to garner good response from the audience.

The film was initially slated to hit the screens on 11 April but the release of Rajinikanth's "Kochadaiiyaan" has forced "Maan Karate" makers to advance their project's release date. The film will be screened in theatres from 28 March.
