Spoiler alert: This feature contains spoilers and speculations on Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 13, titled, "Take it Back."

Will April Kepner (Sarah Drew) choose Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams) or Matthew Taylor (Justin Bruening)? The answer comes quickly a few minutes into Grey's Anatomy 10x13, reports say. Many Japril fans are convinced Kepner will choose Avery. Then the rest of Season 10 becomes a buildup to their own wedding. This time, no one's going to make interruptions.

Meanwhile, Grey's Anatomy creator Shonda Rhimes is active again on Twitter, letting fans know that exciting things are going to happen in the ABC medical drama series. Of course, she is also promoting another Shondaland series, "Scandal."

What big Jolex scene (big spoiler) awaits the shippers? Jo Wilson (Camilla Luddington) senses that Alex Karev has effectively proposed to her shortly before the April-Matthew wedding. They are somewhat engaged, supposedly. Except Jo does not like it. In fact, a big spoiler video reveals she is not ready at all. "Take it back" is something April might say to Jackson. But this could also be for Karev's proposal. His reaction to how Jo breaks the news shows a broken Alex, yet again. How long before the Jo recovery and repair? Watch the big Jolex scene in this E! Online report. "Grieving" is the operative word here, which hints that James Remar's Jimmy Evans dies in Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 13. Earlier spoilers indicate Karev's dad will survive his ordeal, but apparently, not for long. Jolex and Japril shippers will see a lot of important scenes in the next new Grey's Anatomy Season 10 episode. But the other couples will have their "Take It Back" moments, too.

In the next video, a Grey's fan has compiled still photos from Grey's 10x13. Calzona (Callie and Arizona) are in serious talks. A guilt-ridden Shane Ross (Gaius Charles) looks at a sullen Karev in the hospital. Chief Hunt (Kevin McKidd) and ex-chief Webber (James Pickens, Jr) face Karev outside his dad's room. Almost every photo suggests some bad news. In other developments, Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) will react to a broken promise. Bailey (Chandra Wilson) will know more about her husband's coming-home thoughts. And of course, intern Stephanie (Jerrika Hinton) will deal with Jackson's wedding confession.
