Reality show "Khatron Ke Khiladi" Season 5 is already making waves with rivals Ajaz Khan and Kushal Tandon drawn into the same space once again post "Bigg Boss 7."

It is no secret that Kushal and Ajaz shared a bitter equation during "Bigg Boss 7," as the latter acted as a bone of contention between Kushal and girlfriend Gauahar Khan in the show.

And it so happens that the situation has repeated. While lovebirds Kushal and Gauahar were officially announced as participants of the action based reality show and were even pictured in South Africa shooting for the same, new reports suggest that Kushal has exited the show due to a shoulder injury.

"Kushal was not supposed to participate, but he eventually did. Now after this latest injury, he was left with no choice but to exit the show as advised by the doctors," The Times of India quoted a source.

However, Kushal's exit from the show now gives way to Ajaz's entry in the show. So was it Ajaz's presence which miffed Kushal?

"When Kushal saw me in Cape Town he quit the show. His entire body was aching. He had to leave," Daily News Analysis quoted the "Ya Rab" actor. He further revealed that Gauahar too was displeased with his presence and threatened to quit the show.

While the couple's insecurity with Ajaz's presence seems valid, considering the issues they faced in BB7, Ajaz explained that his willingness to do "Khatron ke Khiladi" has nothing to do with Gauahar.

"I am not here for Gauahar. I don't even talk to her anymore. Bigg Boss is over... I decided to come because the channel is paying me good money," he noted, adding, "I also get a chance to audition for Rohit Shetty's 'Singham 3'."
