Angelina Jolie's 'Unbroken' Film Clip Unveiled Online [WATCH VIDEO]

Angelina Jolie's "Unbroken" film clip has been unveiled online! Jolie has been hard at work directing this film about Olympic runner Louis Zamperini, who was imprisoned during World War II by the Japanese forces. In fact, Jolie was seen in several places in Australia where the film was shot. Her fiancé Brad Pitt and their kids also tagged along with her whenever she took a break from directing "Unbroken."

Universal Pictures' release of the "Unbroken" film clip which was uploaded on the popular video sharing Web site YouTube is just in time for the 2014 Winter Olympics (XXII Olympic Winter Games) in Sochi, Russia. The Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics will run from Feb. 7- 23, 2014.

Check out the video at the beginning of this article (from Universal Pictures' official YouTube channel). The voiceover on the trailer/featurette/preview talks about Zamperini's drive and will to survive and succeed.

''The will to push through any obstacle, the drive never to give in to defeat,'' said the voiceover on the "Unbroken" film clip from Universal Pictures.

"These are the virtues that define the Olympic spirit epitomized in the incredible story of former Olympian and American hero Louis Zamperini."

The "Unbroken" film clip highlights Zamperini's Olympic career and indomitable spirit. It is based on the 2010 Louis Zamperini biography "Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience, and Redemption" by American author Laura Hillenbrand. It chronicles Zamperini's life, from his beginnings up to his rise as a successful Olympian and then to his imprisonment and eventual release from jail.

According to The Sydney Morning Herald, Jolie has finally wrapped up the shooting of the "Unbroken" film in Australia. The said film was shot all around Australia including the Roadshow studios complex on the Gold Coast, Cockatoo Island in Sydney, Canberra and Tamworth.

"Unbroken" stars Jack O'Connell as Louis Zamperini, Garrett Hedlund as John Fitzgerald and Domhnall Gleeson as Russell Allen 'Phil' Phillips. The film's screenplay was written by Joel and Ethan Coen, Richard LaGravenese and William Nicholson (rewrite). Aside from directing "Unbroken," Jolie is also credited as one of the producers of the film, along with Mick Garris (executive producer), Steve Gaub (associate producer), Matthew Baer , Erwin Stoff and Clayton Townsend. The official "Unbroken" film Web site states that it will be shown on Christmas Day, Dec. 25, 2014.
