"NCIS" Season 11 airs a new episode (NCIS 11x14) on CBS on Feb. 4 (Tuesday). Super villain Benham Parsa (Karan Oberoi) is linked to yet another murder. Ellie Bishop (Emily Wickersham) discloses more of what she knows about the "monster." McGee is probably still feeling guilty over the recent events that almost killed someone dear to him. Fortunately for him, he's got a dad figure in the team.

Spoiler alert: This feature contains minor spoilers on NCIS Season 11, Episode 14, titled, "Monsters and Men." Some spoilers on previous episodes are included, too.

In NCIS Season 11, Episode 13 ("Double Back"), viewers learned Delilah Fielding (Margo Harshman) is going to be pararalyzed after the Parsa bombing. Tim McGee (Sean Murray) is blaming himself. But Leroy Gibbs (Mark Harmon) is not going to let him think that. The two somehow forged a stronger bond in the last episode.

Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) meets NSA Senior Intelligence Analyst Sofia Martinez (Alanna Ubach) through Bishop. Sparks fly. Film punchlines clash. Before fans panic, NCIS showrunner Gary Glasberg has hinted it is not likely for DiNozzo to be in a serious romantic relationship so soon after Ziva's departure.

Meanwhile, Cote de Pablo is set to star in a film called, "33." The Ziva David actress will be acting opposite Antonio Banderas and Juliette Binoche in this movie. It is expected her schedule could be full, but fans are still hoping Ziva could make a special appearance in NCIS Season 11.

NCIS Season 11, Episode 14: 'Monsters and Men' (Minor Spoilers)

"The murder of a port authority officer reveals Parsa's possible whereabouts, as the team continues their tireless hunt. Meanwhile, Bishop reveals her past association with the elusive terrorist," reads the episode synopsis on TV.com.

Glasberg has said the whole Parsa arc will be a "roller coaster ride" in NCIS Season 11. But it will not be carried on up to the season finale. Someone else or something else is turning up within the second half of the season. Also coming up is the show's 250th episode, with guest star Robert Wagner as DiNozzo Sr.

For more spoilers, watch the CBS promo video below. This YouTube clip shows Parsa telling Bishop, "It's been a long time, Eleanor. I've thought about you." (This could remind NCIS fans of the Ari Haswari and Kate Todd connection.)

Ellie Bishop wants Gibbs to trust her "instincts." Gibbs is definitely unhappy. And Abby (Pauley Perrette) finds some incriminating photos of Bishop. What has been going on between Parsa and Bishop? NCIS Season 11, Episode 14 airs in the U.S. via CBS on Feb. 4, Tuesday at 8/7c.
