According to London Evening Standard, the 16-year-old A-grade student was rushed to Middlesex Hospital but doctors couldn't save her. She was believed to have suffered a sudden cardiac arrest by St Mark's Catholic School in Hounslow.

One Direction band members - Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson - on Friday paid tribute to the 16-year-old "lovely girl" they had met on several occasions.

"It's incredibly sad to hear the news about Magda. She was so so lovely, i am thinking of her and her family. RIP .xx," tweeted Harry Styles on Friday.

Another member of the band, Louis Tomlinson also tweeted, "Just heard the news about Magda :( it's really upset me she was a lovely girl and devoted fan. All the love in the world to her family."

One Direction fan Twitter account 1D UPDATES mourned the death of Magda.

"Because she was so perfect that God has taken her to heaven :(  #RiPMagda," it posted along with a collage of the teenager with the band members. "So @1dcrew fainted at school and her heart stopped or she had a seizure and her heart stopped working #RIPMagda."

Her father Tadeusz described his daughter as an "angel".

"We are trying to come to terms with this. She was an angel and everybody has said so. So many people have contacted us to pay their respects, she was so loved. She liked One Direction and had so many friends on Facebook, she loved school and was very popular and doing very well, she was our star," London Evening Standard quoted him as saying.
