These women surely know how to take care of themselves, they may be over 40-years-old but they surely can put 20-year-olds to shame with their fantastic bodies.

Demi Moore is still as hot and sultry as she has ever been. The 51-year-old actress was recently seen at a beach sporting a two-piece bikini and looking fabulous. She still has does washboard abs to make anyone fall for her. Looks like her yoga workouts are working.

Jennifer Aniston, may be 44-years-old but she still looks like she's just she just turned twenty one or something. She may change her bikinis but her body remains in excellent physique. The former "Friends" star's diet of organic food and lots of water seems to work well for her.

Halle Berry who is 44-years-old seems to be looking better as ever whenever out at a beach. The star just had a child but it seems like she's just twenty.

"Underworld" star Kate Beckinsale is 40-years-old but no one would ever know as she still has the rock hard abs and a great body. She shares the same yoga instructor with Jennifer Aniston.

Gwyneth Paltrow looks wonderful as ever as she has rock hard abs and her vegan diet seems to be working just fine for her. It is no wonder her book is a bestseller for those who want to eat healthy.

Sofia Vergara, the "Modern Family" star is what most women in their forties envy; she's got the looks and the body to wow anyone. The star does a lot of dancing as she hates going to the gym, for her it is very boring; it also looks like Latin dances do it for her body.
