‘Dhoom 3’ Box Office Collection: Aamir Starrer Going Steady in 3rd Week

Aamir Khan starrer "Dhoom 3" earned ₹2 crore on the third Tuesday from domestic box office, registering a slight drop in its earnings compared to the third Monday.

However, the third week collections are pretty good and the Hindi, Tamil and Telugu version's total of the film now stands at ₹274.36 crore.

"#Dhoom3 language-wise breakup: Hindi ₹ 261.73 cr, Tamil & Telugu ₹ 12.63 cr. Grand total: ₹ 274.36 cr nett. India biz only," trade analyst Taran Adrash tweeted.

In the overseas market, the film has done phenomenal collections. The US, UK and UAE circuits have contributed the largest shares in the earnings from international market.

After UK, US and UAE circuits, the fourth highest contributor is Pakistan, where "Dhoom 3" has raked in ₹12.13 crore until now.

"The fourth biggest contributor to #Dhoom3 business is Pakistan, which has contributed $ 1.95 million so far [₹ 12.13 cr, PKR 20.60 cr]. Wow," Adarsh added.

"#Dhoom3 [till Wknd 3]: Singapore $604k [₹ 3.76 cr], South Africa $313k [₹ 1.95 cr], Mauritius $256k [₹ 1.59 cr], Malaysia $245k [₹ 1.53 cr]."

"Dhoom 3" is the highest grosser in India and the second highest in International market. "3 Idiots" remains in the top position in the overseas market with $25 million, followed by "Dhoom 3" with $23.01 million. 

Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, the film also features Abhishek Bachchan, Uday Chopra and Katrina Kaif in lead roles.
