Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 Spotted at Benchmarking Site; Key Specifications Revealed

Samsung's unreleased high-end tablet has been reportedly spotted at a bench-marking site just days ahead of the international electronics trade fair, CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2014, leading many to believe that the launch is just around the corner.

According to the website, the device sports a 10.1-inch full HD (2560x1600p) resolution screen and runs on the Android v4.4.2 KitKat OS, powered by the Samsung in-house built Exynos 5420 series 1.9GHz Octa-core processor paired with Mali-T628 graphics engine, 2GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt memory.
Other features include 8.0-megapixel main camera and a 2.0-megapixel front camera. While going through the specifications, it is clear that Samsung seems to position Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 (SM-T520) to take on the arch rival Apple iPad Air.
As of now, there is no official word on release date of the rumoured tablet, but with two international electronics trade fairs lined up early this year CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2014 (6-10 January) and MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2014 (24-27 February), Samsung is expected to unveil new products in both the events.
Rumour has it that the South Korean company is planning to unveil a slew of tablets - Galaxy Tab Pro series 8.4 (SM-T320),12.1 (SM-T905), 10.1(SM-T520) as well as Galaxy Tab 3 Lite (SM-T111), Note Pro 12.2 (SM-905) and mid-range phablets (Galaxy Grand Lite & Galaxy Note 3 Lite) as well as the flagship Galaxy S5 in Q1 2014.
