The new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 concept image boasts an edge-to-edge screen display packed in the thinnest phablet body.
Although the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 was released last October, there is no stopping the creative mind of Hasan Kaymak in coming up with his own rendering of the successor of the phablet and posting a gallery in his Google+ account.
This concept of the upcoming phablet features a screen with a very small bezel, a big volume button and a home button at the front. The size of the screen is not disclosed, but many wonder if it will surpass the 5.7-inch limit. The home button looks wider than usual where a fingerprint sensor may be placed. Moreover, this is supposed to be the thinnest Samsung Galaxy phone ever imagined.
Mr. Kaymak retained the stylus, which the Galaxy Note is known for. The stylus slot is placed next to the microUSB port, while the usual array of sensors are located at the top, next to the earpiece.
Very little is known on the possible freatures of Samsung Galaxy Note 4. The Korean Herald reported last November that Samsung and its partner ARM will launch a 14-nm 64-bit Exynos 6 CPU next year. The chips will be packed on future Samsung flagship phones and possibly will be found in the Galaxy Note 4. An ARM exec confirmed that the new processor chip will be similar to the A7 processor in the iPhone 5S.
Also, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 may also pack a three-sided display, according to Bloomberg. The futuristic screen display will allow owners to use the three different sides of the display and receive content. This latest YOUM AMOLED display technology is reported to be under development and will have 2,560 x 1,440 WQHD pixel resolution and 560 ppi.
As for the release date, Eldar Murtazin debunked earlier rumours that the Samsung Galaxy S5 will be released in the first quarter of this year via Twitter and said that the device will arrive in April of 2014. He also said that the Galaxy Note 4 may be released earlier than usual.
