Ezra might be "A" and Caleb is stuck in Ravenswood, it looks like only Toby is the decent guy around in Rosewood. However, the guy is distracted as he is struggling with the mystery around his mother. The writers of the show have been pretty secretive about the upcoming episodes of "Pretty Little Liars" season 4B. However, some spoilers are here.

Spencer and Toby. Toby and Spencer love each other a lot but in the first half of season 4, fans saw that they have difficulty telling each other the complete truth. They are not able to open up about the struggles and mysteries in their lives. Things get all intense for Spencer and Toby in episode 19. Andrew Campbell, that cute guy, will be back soon. However, the fans have faith that they'd stick around with each other. Any possibilities of Toby-Spencer breakup seem unlikely.

Toby's mommy. In the first half of "Pretty Little Liars" it was clear that there a lot more to Toby's mother death than he had imagined. Will we get any answers about the mystery around his mother and how "A" is linked to it? Apparently, shocking stuff will be out.

State of mind of Toby. According to Keegan Allen, Toby is in a state of misery in the second half of "Pretty Little Liars" season. The reason is everything that is happening about his mom.

Toby is off somewhere. Keegan Allen revealed that he took some time off from shooting for the Broadway debut. It suggests that various episodes will not feature Toby.

Spencer's dad is also back. Peter Hastings will be back at Rosewood after a very long time. Keegan Allen tweeted, "So Nolan_north kicks ass in video games. But as Spencer's dad, he always shows up at the wrong time."

"Pretty Little Liars" season 4B returns with the winter premiere, January 7, 2014 on ABC Family.
