Mohammad Al-Kamali, who is a member of the Executive Office of the Dubai Sports Council and head of the organizing committee, confirmed Ronaldo's presence for the upcoming conference. Al Kamali stated that Ronaldo's attendance in the event mirrors the soaring intercontinental standing that the conference has achieved.

"This is particularly highlighted with this year's conference attracting football stars such as Ronaldo and Frank Ribery, who are both Ballon D'Or nominees," said Al Kamali.

Ronaldo's fellow Ballon D'Or contender French international footballer Frank Ribery is also reported to be one of the speakers in the sports conference, according to the official Web site of Dubai International Sports Conference.  Spanish footballer who plays for FC Barcelona, Xavi Hernandez, will also be present on Saturday.
