Samsung has recently released a fresh ad for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, featuring the device in a holiday-themed setting. Samsung did not talk about how powerful the device is. Instead it focused on its holiday reflections publicity that see the Galaxy Note 3 to bring existence and life to some situations in a small, snowy town.
The theme showed reflections coming off the device and placed flat on the ground. People were reflected on the screen, performing different holiday activities such as caroling, chopping down Christmas trees, decorating, ice skating, indulging in snow fights and kissing under the mistletoe. The story then ended with a holiday greeting.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 ad didn't poke fun of its rival devices for a change. It was simply a subliminal message that showed how the Galaxy Note 3 could take over a town and bring it to life during Christmas, all in 3D. It was very clever and could even be viewed in full HD 3D on YouTube.
The South Korean company launched the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 in the fall of 2013 and the phablet has already become one of the fastest selling smartphones to date. Samsung will also be launching a gamepad to select countries for the Galaxy Note 3.
This accessory is officially known as "The Game Pad," an exclusive Samsung product that can connect to the Galaxy Note 3 through One-Touch NFC and Bluetooth 4.0. The Game Pad features a traditional game pad design for people who don't like touchscreen controls.
It is made of dual analog D-Pads with four action buttons. There are several buttons at the top and the bottom part has the on/off switch, select and start keys. The Game Pad charges through a USB port. The company hasn't announced any info on overall potential and battery life yet. The device will be available Dec. 19 in the UK and will cost $130.
Samsung is also rumored to release a new version of the Galaxy Note 3 with a Lite edition. It is speculated to be unveiled at the 2014 Mobile World Congress and will feature lower specs than the original version.
