Singer Justin Timberlake and host Jimmy Fallon took bromance to new heights on the last "Saturday Night Live" episode. The show featured some of the finest entertainers from the industry like Paul McCartney, David Bowie, Madonna and Justin Timberlake.
Four microphones welcomed Jimmy Fallon for the opening monologue. He started singing, and the rest of the microphones were for Bob Dylan, David Bowie and Paul McCartney who had been held in traffic. Later, Paul Cartney came for real, and they sang "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas."
Next up was the game of celebrity "Family Feud" in which Jimmy portrayed "Big Bang Theory" star Jim Parsons and Justin imitated Jimmy. How did Justin try to resemble Jimmy Fallon? Well, he was "so great." All he had to do was call everything "so great" and he was the perfect Jimmy Fallon impersonator.
Jimmy and Justin also did a classic "Barry Gibb Talk Show" for the first time since Robin's death in 2012. Jimmy (Barry Gibb) and Justin (Robin Gibb) welcomed Madonna. They talked about the important things of the day. However, the real surprise was when Barry Gibb (himself) stopped by and shared the stage with Jimmy and Justin. He gave his permission for Justin to continue imitating his late brother Robin.
The ladies of "Saturday Night Live" were featured in a music video about getting their boyfriends home for Christmas. The women were all comfortable but their boyfriends were uncomfortable.
Fallon finally said, "It's hard to get laid when there's a picture of your girl from 7th grade."
The childhood photos of Aidy Bryant, Nowell Wells, Cecily Strong, Nasim Pedrad, Kate McKinnon and Vanessa Bayer and Jimmy appeared on the screen.
The "Weekend Update" featured Jimmy Fallon and New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg. They both discussed their current jobs and nest steps. Michael's term as mayor is about to get over, and Jimmy is shifting to "The Tonight Show."
Fallon and Strong closed things with "Baby, It's Cold Outside."
"Saturday Night Live" on NBC at 11:30 p.m.
